BOYS!

Boys, boys we love boys!! So right now you are checking out Baby A and Baby B, and our doc is about 90% sure they are boys. We are soooo super excited. I have been put on some restrictions, such as no exercise, no vacuuming, and he said to lay down at least a half an hour at lunch. Nick would like to know how this varies from my everyday life. Now we wait until Tuesday when they tell us if they see anything wrong. Blah. Keep up the prayers, oh and if you want to know names, for now just call em' Hoss and Little Joe.

Last Dr. Baby Appt.

And at last we are done with Dr. Baby!! Everything looks good so far, we have our first real appointment next week with the OBGYN. We got to hang out with our friends Melissa and Brian last night who had twins in November. It was just a teeny, tiny taste of what is to come. I have to say that Miss and Brian are amazing and their babies are sooooo cute. However, I am seeing many, many sleepless nights in our future!! I think I'd better go take a nap!

Baby Update

As most of you know we are prego with twins!!! We are super excited about this and a little bit nervous at the same time. Thank you everyone for praying for us (don't stop!) and for just being there for us. Our next and last appointment with Dr. Baby is Wednesday (1/7). I will be glad to start treating this more like a normal pregnancy but I'm still holding my breath for this last appointment. If the way I feel is any indication of how the babies are doing, then I think we are fine (read that as lots of nausea and yet I am starving all the time, also exhausted).

We will let you know how our Wednesday appt. goes!

Whos idea was Seattle in Decemeber anyway??!!

Oh right, mine! Ha. Thought that Nick would enjoy Seattle but maybe not during the worst snow storm they've had in 10 years. Yes it was a tad on the chilly side and anyone who knows me, knows that I am not fond of the cold. It's fun for awhile, oh yes, but for a week...not so much. We had a great time anyway. We went to museums, the needle, Pikes, and ate a ton of amazing food. I am very lucky that my husband is a planner because he mapped out cool places to go and eat. We had the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches and to die for macadamia nut pancakes (they were so good we went back twice!).

We were also very blessed because the one day they were able to get planes in and out of Seattle was Tuesday, the day we were planning to leave. Whew. There were tons of people hanging at the airport. It was crazy.

All in all, we had a smashing time.
